茶楼作为文化之间，情境之间，在设计上自然比较注重场景表现，本案建筑为老建筑，设计开始就先对空间进行了梳理改造，设有品茶、会客、办公等功能区域，各个区域规划巧而合宜，一以贯之的利用原建筑结构与木质花窗隔断使不同空间浑然衔接，似有若无的边界使空间内部空灵透彻如一气呵成。不同于传统会所空间的华丽，优雅的原始结构形成了空间的气质，家具和艺术品在空间中散开，让人静下心来，空间设计力求以旧修旧，让刻意的装饰减到最少，显现出对自然本真的崇尚与回归。
